the first post.
Hey yall! billy here.
thought it was about time i started to use this blogspot thing and keep a few of you up to date with what happens in my riding life.over the next couple of months im going to have fairly regular updates of videos and pictures in the lead up to me heading off to canada for the next summer season.
best thing to probably start off with is a basic run down of me and my bicycle.

Name - Billy Hindmarsh
Age - eighteen
Hometown - wagga wagga, australia
Race/Discipline - dirt jumping, but looking to get into slopestyle once we have something set up.
Bike/s - dartmoor cody, and a dartmoor shine early next year.
Job - bike mechanic
Sponsors - dartmoor bikes, fearless cycles, x-fusion australia and morgan st cycles.
Best ever moment in 2010 - (this space isn't filled yet)
Worst ever moment in 2010 - crashing 3 days before nationals in january and tearing some ligament thing in my shoulder.
Fave place to ride - nothing beats the local trails!
Best thing you ever found on the street - a used lollipop
Favourite Rider out there - brandon seminuk.
favorite drink.: red bull, or ice break.
Favourite flavour of crisps / chips - honey soy chicken
In your CD player at the minute - barbra strizand
Last gig you went to - its been too long
Rider that inspires you - richard swindle hurst
Tea or Coffee - iced coffee
Best result in 2010 - first at the sydney slopestyle.
Hopes for 2010 - get my main tricks set in and then start to work on a few bangers.
How'd you get into riding: i started cross country racing when i was about 13. i slowly got sick of wearing myself out and having no fun in it. I slowly started progressing into the skatepark sceen, and then by about age 15, i was down at the local skatepark almost 24/7.
favorite drink.: red bull, or ice break.
